In overall, the place is NEWLY REMODELLED, has outstandingly accommodating and friendly staff at the reception desk. Make sure to get penthouse apartment with oven, a sofa, for instance. Coffee and tea making equipment, refrigerators, and a stovetop are a nice touch. The location is good and stunning, not very far from a Spanish restaurant.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to a market and souvenir shops, and I loved the penthouse apartment with its patio.

The place was fairly clean with a great staff at the reception desk. My bright and quiet room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines. Bidet in the large bathroom was super awesome.

Rewritten: I had a fantastic time during my 4-night stay at New Point Opera in Madrid. the staff were really great - they were helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds, and it was all brand-new. Plus, I was pleased to find useful amenities like a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from San Miguel market, the Opera metro station, and many of the city's main tourist spots.

Everything is perfect, great value, wonderful hotel overall. Our venue is set in a very central location just off Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market, Royal Palace and numerous restaurants, shopping streets, Metro.
